Nek San "Nok?" Indigo Language

This is my interpretation of the indigo Language. It was in the pages section of my blog but I decided to move it over to a post.

If someone has a different idea for a word, please let me know.

RED = The issue the language was found

Black= Actual words

Blue= Interpretation

Green= movement in the panels made by the characters.

Tales of the Corps Issue 1 of 3

Indigo 1 sees the Battle between a GL and a YL and says

NOK- " May compassion guide you"

Indigo 1 looking down at the hurt GL:

NAK KLOK LOK?-  "Give help to you?"
KLEK KLEK NEE NOK.- "Greatest Defeat we guide with compassion."
NOK LOK.-  "Guide Compassion to you"

Indigo 1 reaches her hand out over GL says:

NEK. "Death"

Indigo uses will power to smother GL then says:

KLAK NOK.-"Accept Compassion"

GL dies:

The YL which was hiding tries shooting the indigo, indigo takes his fear and throws it back at him and he flys away Monk says:

LEK LOKOK NAK.  "life ____  ________" 
NOK NEK NEK KLAK?  "Compassion Blackest Night receives?"

Indigo walks away from Indigo 2, Indigo 2 says:

KLEK?  "Fail"?

Indigo1:

NOK. "May compassion guide you"

Blackest Night 3 of 3

Indigo 1 fighting a BL, Stabs glowing end of staff into the BL and Says;

NOK KLEK. "When Compassion fails"

Indigo 1 then pulls staff around, ripping the BL and knocking BL Hawkgirl in the nose saying:

MUNK. "Munk"

Indigo 2 Stabs the glowing end of his staff into the mouth of a BL Ralph, then uses his ring on BL Ralphs ring and says:

KLEK OCTA ROQ? "Fails ____ ____?"

Indigo 1 swings her staff's glowing end up and around knocking BLHawkman in theface then shoots another BL with the glowing end and says.

LEKORA LEK LEK. "____ Light of Life" 

Then She draws the power from Will and out the through her staff's glowing end at the BL ring on BL Ralph and says:

NOK. "May compassion guide you."

Connection is severed and BL Ralph explodes and then BL Sue.

Later in issue

Indigo 1 surrounds herself, Monk, Glach, Atom, and Hal with a Indigo sphere, Hal says "Hold on. What are you do---", she says:

KER QUR. "Team Up"
NOK. "May compassion guide you."

They are transported and later they are attacked by BL, Monk says to Indigo 1;

NOK NEK NEK KLEK? "Compassion Blackest Night ambush?"

Indigo 1 swirls the transportation sphere around Hal, Monk and herself and says:

NOK. "May compassion Guide you."

GREEN LANTERN # 56

Both Indigo 1 and William Hand are at the lantern of compassion holding their rings to it.

INDIGO 1 says:

NOK LEK, WILLIAM HAND

Compassion take, William Hand

WILLIAM HANS says:

NOK. KLEK OT NORA.

May Compassion guide you. Defeat of all .

Indigo Rings=Compassion, charity, concern for others at the expense of self.

Indigo 1 said "we bring goodness we bring life"

GREEN LANTERN #59

Both Indigo 1 and William Hand and others of the Indigo tribe face off with GL Hal Jordan, a Blue lantern and orange lantern, as if they are going to fight

INDIGO 1 says:

LORRA LEK TOR GARROT
 ____ life from/for  ____

Other Indigo's say:

NOK.

May Compassion guide you.

Indigo Rings=Compassion, charity, concern for others at the expense of self.

Indigo 1 said "we bring goodness we bring life"  The Indigo ring suppresses the ring bearers emotions that is why they use the other rings powers when fighting.

Blackest Night: Untold Tales of Review

RATING 2.7 out of 5

These stories feel like an after thought.  I've already lived through the Blackest Night storyline, so the ankst at seeing characters in touble... isn't there.  I already know their outcome. 

If you really liked the Blackest Day storyline, you may get a kick out of seeing the two deleted stories that are scripted in Blackest Night Directors Cut issue.  There is also a Brightest day story in it, but I have a feeling it will be covered again in one of the other books.

Even though these short stories are self contained and the art is great, unless you know something about Blackest Night, you probably won't get very much enjoyment out of it.

Rating 2.5: Meh

Black Hand calls the dead souls that make up Ragman to RISE.
Rating 3 :I don't remember what the script said, but this would've been better spread to three pages instead of squashed into two.

Bunch of uknown criminals think that they can gain power by killing themselves.
Rating 2: Meh

The Evolution of Species; Writer: Sam Schlagman, Pencils: Jason Fabok, INks: Ryan Winn, colors: Alix Sinclair
Animal man loves his family but lusts after Starfire and is turned into a Black Lantern.
Rating 2: less then meh, didn't like the Starfire lusting crap, I hate disliking a hero.

A Losing Battle : Writer: JT Krul, Artis: Ed Benes, Colors: Brian Buccellato
Story of  Donna Troy being turned into a Black Lantern and her friends trying to save her, then Cassie believing she can be strong on her own.
Rating 3: I was enjoying the Donna story then poof.. it turned into a meh... Cassie story ending.

Blackest Nightmare Writer: Jeremy Love, Art: Bret Booth, Colors: Andrew Dalhouse, Letters: Steve Wands
Story of Scarecrow becoming a Yellow Lantern, when the ring is put on, he invisions himself as Ichabod Crane with a Batman like figure on a horse chasing him.
Rating 3.5: This one was  pretty darn cool.

An Incident on Korugar : Writer, art and Colors: Ehan Van Sciver
Yellow Lantern Karu-Sil has to fight back Black Lanterns of her parents.
Rating 3: You almost feel sorry for her but then... don't.

MAJOR SPOILER:

BLACKEST NIGHT Directors Cut #1 Review

RATING: 5 out of 5 points:

If you've read Blackest Night, then you would want this issue.  It is sooo.... worth the cover price of $5.99.  It has the commentary from the creators, but then it has everything else too.  If you are yearning to be a comic writer this has the script of one of the best writers in the business.

This book has 80 pages of  material. Almost the size of 4 regular issues.

IT HAS:

1. The Directors Commentary:  Thoughts on almost every panel of what they were discussing and what they wanted to happen, behind the scenes.

2. Cover Gallery: Every Cover from cross over to main event. Some of them are quite small but it is still awesome to see them all together.  Even with smaller pictures, there are about 8 pages inlcuded in this section.  This would be the only part of the book that I've seen before, but it was fantastic to see all these covers laid out together.

3. BLACKEST NIGHT #1 Script: If you are interested in writing comics, this is a good template to see how it is done.  It is amazing to read how Geoff Johns' thoughts gets passed onto the artist.

4. Scenes from the Cutting Room: Which included the following;

-Script of the deleted Rainbow Raiders Scene by Geoff Johns   

-Script of the deleted Ragman scene by Geoff Johns. I wish they could  have incorporated it into one of the books because it was cool to read.

-A unused Black Lantern Cover by Greg Horn

5. Blackest Night: The Toy Line: Gives insight in the toy process.  It is my least favorite part of the book but only takes up four pages.

6. Raising the Dead: Blackest Night Character Design: This was an awesome section and takes up about a third of the book.  In this section the Black Lanterns designs are shown and a small bit of background information on how they died.  Batman,  Nekron, White Lantern Sinestro, and The Entity, each, have a page a piece.
