Action Comics #897 Review

What can I say? It was a slow comic week for me, so... I decided to give it another try. This issue was actually entertaining, even if the plot didn't proceed anywhere.  {While reading these issues you might need a reminder...the plot was ...Luther on the hunt for the black ring energy and deciphering a way to control it.} In this issue,  Luther detects black ring energy...in JOKER's cell.  What... a... quink-E-dink...that is. No plot devises. Just throw the two heavy hitters together in a cell. Let see who comes out on top.

SPOILERS...who am I kidding...nothing major happened.

BUT Anyway...I must say...it was FUN. 

I personally believe that Joker was at the top of his game and...  Luther kept his savvy cool business skills. 

If you don't care about a plot...and want a good laugh... or...like me... need just one more comic because its a long weekend till next Wednesday...I'd say go ahead and get it.  It's worth the price just to see these two characters together.
